Change is Good - Our Transition to Charles Schwab.

In September all accounts made the move from TD Ameritrade to Schwab. This was a massive undertaking to move this magnitude of information over and we are very pleased how smoothly the transition has gone. 

Now that we've made the move to Schwab, you are able to view your account on Schwaballiance.com and the Schwab Mobile app. We understand switching to  - and learning -  a new platform is a big change. That's why we want to make sure you know we are a resource for you. Please reach out with any questions about navigating statements or your online account. 

Distribution timing may be 4-5 days, we kindly ask to please plan ahead for any withdrawals you may need to take.

If you were able to view accounts for another individual and would like this capability just reach out and we can provide you the necessary paperwork.

We will continue to review accounts for accuracy and will communicate with you any needed assistance. During our meetings, or as needed, we update the federal and state tax withholding to match your specific situation; with the updated change to state taxes on retirement accounts for those 55 and older we want to be accurate in the taxes being withheld from your distributions.

Change can be challenging at times, but it is also an opportunity to move forward.
